How to set up Quilt 25w14craftmine

Install Java 21 or newer (e.g. Eclipse Temurin) and check it with java -version.
Download the official Quilt installer (quilt-installer-0.15.1.jar) above.
In an empty folder run: java -jar quilt-installer-0.15.1.jar install server 25w14craftmine --download-server --create-scripts --install-dir=server
The installer downloads the vanilla 25w14craftmine server, sets up Quilt Loader and writes start scripts into server/. Start it once, then accept the EULA in eula.txt.
Put Quilt (and most Fabric) mods into server/mods/.

Modded servers need more memory: 6–8 GB for a light modpack, 8–12 GB or more for large packs. Leave 1–1.5 GB for the operating system. How much RAM?
